Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward emails from one email account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mail accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
